When does the trial start?

The 30-day trial offer starts when your mattress is delivered. It is available only on mattress purchases and products purchased as part of a sleep system. Pillows, cushions, sheets, custom size beds, and accessories cannot be returned.

What happens after 30 days?

If an order is canceled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.

** Should you decide to return your mattress, your refund will be applied in the same form as the initial payment was received. All sleep trial redemptions are subject to a $200 return shipping fee ($100 extra for pacific time zone customers), as well as a mandatory 20% disposal fee.
